Shipping policy
All shipping rates are based on the final weight of the products and protect of the items during shipping. If there is a concern with an order upon receipt please forward those concerns to sales@kronckiller.com, all concerns must be reported within 3-5 business days after shipment has been received. Photo documentation will be requested to reflect of the contents and status of the items received at time of delivery. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we will work hard to respond within 24 hrs during business hours of Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm.
We cannot guarantee items will be received on a certain shipment date, additional next day shipping options can be requested when order is placed.
